Mary-Kate Olsen and husband Olivier Sarkozy are splitting after five years of marriage.

The 33-year-old’s attorney received an email from the 50-year-old French banker’s attorneys with a deadline of May 18 to remove her belongings from their apartment in New York City.

Originally, the former couple were planning to file for divorce in April but with the COVID-19 pandemic forcing courts to reject incoming divorce filings, they held off, but now an emergency order has been filed.

According to legal documentation, Olsen has asked for an extension to May 30 to remove her belongings from their apartment, citing quarantine guidelines.
