Sam Hunt’s Wife Re-Files For Divorce In Different County

Hannah Lee Fowler, the pregnant wife of Sam Hunt, has re-filed for divorce after it was reported she had withdrawn her petition.

Now, according to TMZ, Fowler re-filed her application for divorce in Nashville. The move reportedly corrects a legal error noted by her lawyers, who found the filing had been made in the wrong county.

Originally, Fowler filed legal paperwork in Tennesse on February 18, claiming Hunt was “guilty of adultery”.

“The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper,” read the filing.

Fowler requested primary custody of her unborn child with Hunt – expected to arrive in May – in addition to child support, transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in the future.

The couple has been married since 2017.
