Carole Baskin and her husband Howard are suing Netflix for including footage of them in the upcoming Tiger King sequel.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Baskin has filed a lawsuit against the streaming giant for using old/unused footage of her in the trailer for the upcoming Tiger King 2.

Baskin explains in her suit that all the footage of her used in the trailer is unused/left over footage from the original Tiger King series and argues that Netflix are repackaging it to make it seems like she’s given new interviews.

Additionally, Baskin claims that Netflix portrayed her as a villain in the original Tiger King, making out as if she was responsible for the disappearance of her first husband Don Lewis.
