Dallas Cowboys superstar running back, Ezekiel Elliott, was placed in handcuffs over the weekend after he shoved a security guard.

We must clarify that he wasn’t formally arrested, only detained, and according to Ezekiel’s attorney, it was more than what was needed.

According to sources connected to the situation, he was seen in a car park at the Electric Daisy Carnival on Saturday morning around 3 AM — arguing with his girlfriend.

A member of staff approached the couple, and Ezekiel responds saying, “You got something to say,” and begins shoving the staffer using his body, never raised his arms or used his hands at this point, and shoves him until the staffer is against the metal gate — which is when Ezekiel shoves him to the ground using his forearm.

Event security and Las Vegas Metro Police Department officers race to the incident and place him in handcuffs, escorting him away from the scene.

He wasn’t arrested and the cuffs were a precautionary measure, with him later being released and leaving Las Vegas.

It is unclear as to whether the NFL plan any disciplinary action due to this incident.
