Scooter Braun, better known for being Justin Bieber’s longtime manager, has settled his differences with Lady Gaga‘s ex-manager.

Legal documentation shows that Scooter’s company, Ithaca Management Holdings, filed a joint notice of settlement against Troy Carter and Rebecca, his wife.

In the early days of the lawsuit back in September 2018, Troy fought back against the claims he failed to pay back a $10 million loan from Ithaca Management Holdings and went as far to say, “I’m beyond disappointed that Scooter would file such a claim after I was the first person to support him when he was looking to launch Ithaca.

I also advocated on his behalf to other management companies he wanted to acquire. I considered us friends.”

We’re told the settlement is unclear, however, both Troy and Scooter have seemingly agreed to a deal and signed it off.

Troy managed Lady Gaga for a number of years, but the two parted ways just one week before the release of her album ARTPOP in November 2013.
