Sia Goes Public In Supporting ‘Victim’ Johnny Depp

Sia is going public to support Johnny Depp as he battles with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, during their domestic abuse lawsuits.
The 44-year-old Australian singer went public on social media during the early hours of Friday morning, calling Depp a “victim” after “hearing those tapes”.
Johnny has sued Heard for $50 million for defamation after an op-ed piece was published in 2018 where Amber referred to him as a “wife-beater” – with the actress counter-suing him for $100 million, saying this was a “smear campaign” against her and accuses him of “orchestrating” the alleged campaign.
Tapes were leaked earlier this year from a 2015 conversation between the former couple, where Johnny accuses Amber of punching him, with the Aquaman actress claiming she merely “hit” him.
Sia wrote on Twitter, “Just showing my public support for Johnny Depp. I mean, I’d love him to get clean and stop with the jewellery, but he is clearly the victim after hearing those tapes.”
