Timbaland Sells Mansion For $1.8 Million After ‘Squatter From Hell’ Drama

Timbaland has finally sold his Florida mansion after a squatter remained in the property for a year.
Legal documents that were filed this week show that his mansion was sold for $1.8 million to a company called New Era Investment Properties.
He bought the home in 2004 and whilst divorcing from his ex-wife Monique, he put the mansion on the market in 2017.
Originally the asking price was $4.49 million but all whilst the mansion was for sale, a man called William Zamora who rented the premise from Timbaland, refused to leave which led him being sued by the music producer and law enforcement were then involved.
According to legal documents, William caused $100,000 in damages which Timbaland is trying to reclaim.
